Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions constitute Cash4Mags.com's Affiliate Program Agreement and are legally binding immediately upon signup.

Each time a visitor clicks from your website to BuyGayMags.com and places an order, you will be paid 20% of the total price of the order less shipping and taxes.

You may:

• send as much traffic as you can to our site;
• send traffic to us from as many sites as you wish;
• post as many links to our sites as you wish;
• use our banners or design your own banners;
• use blind links or text links;
• register your links with search engines or point them to landing pages;
• use whatever methods at your disposal to send traffic from your websites to our sites, provided you comply with all other terms and conditions herein and do not infringe any laws regarding content or copyright.

You may not:

• post links to our sites on newsgroups;
• send SPAM or unsolicited email containing links to our sites;
• make purchases for yourself or anyone in your household using your affiliate links;
• post links to our sites in chat room messages;
• post links to our sites on websites or pages that promote illegal activity or include illegal content, such as child pornography;
• post links that promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age;
• post links that violate intellectual property rights;
• use copyrighted images, logos or trademarks from our sites or print publications, except for those provided on our banners, without our advance written permission;
• engage in any other practice that could impair our business reputation or expose us to legal liability.

We reserve the right to request the removal of any graphics, images or descriptive text included in links from your site to ours which, in our sole discretion, we believe may misrepresent us, harm our business reputation or expose us to legal liability. Failure to meet any such demand will result in the immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of any funds owed to you.

Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions will result in the immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of any funds owed to you.

All payments will reflect products returns and chargebacks.

Partners are paid quarterly. Each payout date covers the quarter that ended approximately 30 days prior.

Checks will be printed if your commission reaches at least $5. Any pay-period with a total commission of less than $5 will be carried over to the next pay period.

If we request it, a valid username and password must be provided to us for all password protected URLs directing traffic to us. The username and password must remain valid throughout the term of the program. Any party who refuses to provide a valid username and password within 24 hours of request will have their account terminated and result in the forfeiture of any commissions owed to them.

Any tampering, misuse or fraud will immediately result in termination, forfeiture of all commissions owing, and prosecution.

You must notify us within 24 hours of any changes in the information established in the account registration.

We shall not be held liable for any loss of income or loss of profit arising from downtimes due to problems with your hosting equipment or technical errors.

We shall not be held liable for any loss of income or loss of profit arising from any downtimes of the Cash4Mags.com website, whether Cash4Mags.com or is at fault or a third party is at fault.

If you are not satisfied with the Cash4Mags site or any terms, conditions, rules, policies, guidelines, or practices of Cash4Mags, your sole and exclusive remedy is to close your account and discontinue sending traffic to the site.

You may terminate your account at anytime by emailing us at:

We reserve the right to terminate any agreement at our sole discretion.
